Know what you are buying and what happens next.

Physical product and included management.

• PriceThe BTEK Smart Card is $79. Tracked U.S. shipping adds $10; local handoff adds no shipping charge. Stripe shows the final amount before payment.
• Included serviceThe purchase includes managed setup, human review, supported testing, and 12 months of Base Management with four standard consolidated updates. The included term begins only after BTEK records verified activation.
• Production gatePayment confirms the order but does not automatically authorize production, shipping or activation. BTEK reviews request details and may contact the customer to resolve missing, unsafe, unlawful or technically unsuitable instructions.
• Optional renewalNo recurring subscription is created by the initial card checkout. Near the end of the included year, a customer may separately choose Keep Active at $49/year, Base Management at $99/year or Monthly Management at $12/month through a new checkout with explicit consent.
• Product UnitBTEK maintains a distinct Product Unit record for operational continuity. Subscription state does not authorize reuse of that identity. Public BHID issuance is not promised until the separate Boone Holdings identity authority is implemented and authorized.

Thirty-day included period and continued activation.

• Checkout consentDesigned QR checkout creates a $4.99 monthly subscription with a 30-day trial and requires a card. Stripe shows the subscription terms before confirmation. Nothing is charged during the trial.
• Day 31 chargeUnless canceled before the trial ends, Stripe charges $4.99 on day 31 and monthly afterward until cancellation. Taxes, if required, appear at checkout.
• Cancel anytimeAfter checkout, the customer can open Stripe’s secure billing portal from the Designed QR release screen to cancel or update the payment method. Cancellation prevents future renewal charges; access continues through any already-paid period.
• Exact proofBefore checkout opens, BTEK’s server verifies the functional PNG against its assigned PUID resolver at multiple sizes and binds that exact server-verified PNG to the order. The post-checkout release serves that stored file.
• Three releasesEach PUID includes three official production-file releases. A release is counted only when the authorized server returns the stored production PNG. Changing an ownership email does not reset the limit.
• Activation and lapseThe managed resolver remains active during the included period and while the subscription is active. If management lapses, routing is suspended; this is not a fee or transfer. The PUID remains reserved to its authorized owner for reactivation.
• Destination responsibilityThe customer confirms the destination URL and must keep it lawful and safe. BTEK may suspend routing while investigating credible fraud, malware, impersonation, infringement or other harmful use.

• Design rightsimPERFECTion® collection artwork remains owned by its applicable rights holder. Customers must have permission for names, logos, images and other material they ask BTEK to use. Team marks and other licensed properties are not included without authorization.
• Changes and custom workA standard update changes supported text, contact details, links, services, calls to action or a managed destination without new hardware, architecture or integration. Work outside that scope is quoted before commitment.
• Returns and correctionsContact BTEK promptly about an order error. Personalized physical products generally cannot be resold after approved production begins; BTEK will address verified defects or BTEK production errors fairly under the written order record.
• AvailabilityBTEK tests before release and works to maintain reliable operation, but internet, carrier, device and third-party services can fail. Any future service-level commitment must be stated in a separate written agreement.
