BTEK collects the information needed to understand a request, process a payment, prepare and support a product, and keep an accurate Product Unit record.
Name, contact details, request details, selected actions, delivery choice, design direction, management preference, approved destinations and correspondence. Stripe—not BTEK’s website—collects full payment-card details.
We use information to record consent, open secure checkout, prevent mistakes, fulfill the order, verify activation, manage supported changes, send transactional updates and respond to questions.
Vercel hosts the website and provides cookieless website and campaign-event measurement, Stripe processes payments and billing, Resend delivers transactional email, and a managed Postgres provider stores operational records. Each provider handles data under its own terms and security controls.
Order, payment, consent, identity and lifecycle records may be retained for support, accounting, fraud prevention, legal obligations and Product Unit continuity. Contact BTEK to request access, correction or deletion; some records must be retained or de-identified rather than erased.
